Updated urpmi package fixes bugs

Description

'urpme --auto-orphans' can't be used without removing all backup kernels
(mga#31699)
'urpme --auto-orphans' will remove the currently running kernel if a
newer one is installed (mga#31799)
When starting drakrpm from the command line, there is a long list of
messages saying it would install instead of upgrade kernel packages
(mga#32936)
When aria2 is set as the downloader, mgaapplet fails to detect new
distributions (mga#35872)
