Updated yt-dlp packages fix it failing to update to Mageia 10

Description

yt-dlp had a higher release number in Mageia 9 than in Mageia 10, so the
yt-dlp packages would not update to Mageia 10 when upgrading Mageia.
These yt-dlp packages fix the issue.
