Updated tellico package provides the last possible 32-bit stable version

Description

Because Tellico v. 4 and over cannot be packaged for 32-bit hardware due
to unavailable 32-bit qtwebengine, we are now supplying Tellico v. 3.5.5,
the latest stable version before Tellico v. 4.
When updating to Mageia 10, this package will not be removed and will keep
working for users with 32-bit systems, whereas users with 64-bit
hardware will get an update to Tellico v. 4.2.
