Updated grub2 packages help to do lightest installations

Description

A minimal install with grub2 installs graphical libraries, due
to the inclusion of the grub2-mkfont binary in the core package.
This update splits grub2-mkfont from the core package and make it an
optional requirement helping to make more light installations.
