Updated python-networkx packages makes python3-matplotlib optional requirement

Description

Installing python3-networkx pulls matplotlib, which requires python-qt5
and texlive, which increase the total size of packages to download.
This update makes python3-matplotlib an optional requirement that can be
avoided if  you use --no-recommends with urpmi from command line..
