Updated sayonara packages fix bugs and provide supported release

Description

Our current version is a beta release from 1.8.x branch and released on
2022-08-18 which was updated during the mga9 development cycle.
Now a stable release is out and it would be preferable to update our pkg
to this new stable version which is also a bugfixes release
