Updated avogadrolibs & avogadro2 packages make kalzium work again

Description

Clicking on the "molecule button" in kalzium caused it to crash.
Our packagers determined that an upstream issue in avogadrolibs is the root
cause.  These packages fix the issue and make kalzium work again.
