Updated golang packages fix setup of the GOPROXY variable

Description

To compile some go package such as a new docker-compose 2.24.6 we need
to have a correct setup of the GOPROXY variable, which is provided
normally by the go.env file provided by golang-bin.
This is not the case with our version and this update fix the issue
