Updated opencpn-weatherfax-plugin packages fix data sources

Description

Since January the US National Oceanographic and Atmospheric
Administration (NOAA)
doesn't provide anymore aviationweather faxes
These addresses need to be removed from the plugin
Some typos in ASCAT addresses preventing getting some faxes are corrected
