Updated amdgpupro-opencl-pal package avoids certain conflicts

Description

The opencl series for AMD GPU is now complete. There are 3 of them,
amdgpupro-opencl-orca, amdgpupro-opencl-pal and rocm-amd-opencl.
To avoid conflict they need to exclude each other during installation.
amdgpupro-opencl-orca and rocm-amd-opencl do that already.
amdgpupro-opencl-pal is now on par.
