Updated displaycal packages fix it not working with pyglet

Description

When sdk2_mixer was not installed, displaycal selected another sound
backend, which did not work with pyglet. When pyglet was selected,
displaycal would hang during start-up.
This update adds the sdk2_mixer dependency, so that displaycal now
starts fine with pyglet, too.
