Updated godot packages provide latest supported stable release

Description

This update provides Godot 4.2.1, the current latest patch release in
the supported 4.2 branch.
The 4.2 branch is compatible with 4.1 projects in most cases.
Please refer to the Godot 4.2 release notes, and the migration guide,
for relevant info on porting projects. You can also download Godot 4.1.3
binaries from the Godot website if you need to stay on that branch for a
project.
