Updated openbox and lxqt packages fix a bug

Description

When installing task-lxqt-minimal, obconf (gtk) was installed instead of
obconf-qt. This update fixes that issue.
Apart from that, when installing openbox, it is now possible to choose
between obconf-qt and obconf.
