Updated mageiawelcome now shows VirtualBox can only be installed on 64-bit systems

Description

Mageia Welcome now shows that installing VirtualBox only works on 64-bit
systems.
Before, VirtualBox seemed to be installable on 32-bit systems, too.
However, after clicking the Install button, only a placeholder was
retrieved but not VirtualBox itself.
