Updated lxde-updates packages fix issues

Description

The updated packages fix issues and improve some behaviours:
- gpicview:
  - fix problems that are related to zooming and rotating images
  - fix a segmentation fault with some URIs
  - improve some translations
- lxpanel:
  - fix issues with battery, sound and weather plugins
  - improve some translations
- lxrandr:
  - improve usability
  - fix a critical message from glib
  - improve some translations
- lxsession:
  - at logout, only display the release number of the distribution, like
    all previous versions (including Mageia 8)
  - fix problems with lxpolkit
  - improve some translations
- lxtask:
  - make alphabetical sorting case insensitive
  - fix some behaviours that are incoherent with other GTK applications
  - improve some translations
- lxterminal:
  - fix some minor compilation issues
  - improve some translations
