Updated sane packages includ bugfix and new hardware support

Description

Updated version brings mostly bugfixes as well as new hardware support
(notably for epson scanners). It enables the eSCL protocol which airprint
is based on and allows "driverless" scanning, especially for new
multifunction devices.
