Updated python-flit packages fix package builds

Description

Sync mga8's python-flit with cauldron's python-flit 3.7.1 to allow
building of local packages using for example PEP 621.

Some newer packages already have 'requires = ["flit_core >=3.2,<4"  in the
build-system table in pyproject.toml file and thus the build fails using
pyproject RPM macros. See also bug 30734, which is slightly related.
