Updated godot packages provide latest stable version

Description

This update provides Godot 3.4.5, as the latest stable version of this
open source game engine. Godot 3.4 provides a number of important new
features and bug fixes, and 3.4.5 is the fifth patch release with
maintenance bugfixes. See the release notes of the successive versions for
