Updated binutils packages fixes some bugs

Description

This binutils update fixes the following issues:
- PR gold/26585: Fix gold to use mallinfo2 if available instead of
  deprecated mallinfo
- PR gold/27815, gold/28106: gold fails to build with latest GCC
- PR 28422: build_id use-after-free
