Description

Updated rust packages provide version 1.60.0 with new features

This update is mainly motivated by the requirements of the upcoming Firefox
and Thunderbird 102 ESR, which require Rust 1.59.0 as minimum (and 1.60.0
as recommended).

This also provides new Rust features and fixes from 1.58.0, 1.59.0 and
1.60.0. See the linked release notes for details.
