Updated kicad packages fix hardware acceleration

Description

This update provides the KiCad 5.1.12 maintenance release that fixes various
bugs. Theese packages are built against the fixed wxgtk 3.1.5 packages that
have been built without the --disable-glcanvasegl in order to support KiCad
with hardware acceleration.
