Description

This kernel update provides an upgrade to 5.15 longterm series, currently
based on 5.15.4 in order to add/improve support for recent hardware and also
add support for new features and fileystems.

In addition to the upstream changes, we also have added the following fixes:
- enable Preasure Stall Information support (mga#29611)
- enable FS_ENCRYPTION support on all arches
- ALSA: hda: fix general protection fault in azx_runtime_idle
- ata: libata: add missing ata_identify_page_supported() calls
