Updated konversation package switches to libera.chat IRC network

Description

By default in Mageia, we used freenode as IRC network.
We decided to change and to use libera.chat network.

This update modifies default configuration in this way.
As our policy is to leave the user's config file unchanged, existing
Konversation users will need to add the Libera Chat server manually.
