Updated pcmanfm-qt package fix default terminal panel

Description

This update fixes the default terminal who should be used making sure that
qterminal is properly set as default instead of xterm, for new users added to
system after this update.

As our policy is to not remove user preferences, affected users should modify
settings in pcmanfm-qt preferences GUI.
