Updated llvm packages fix Mageia 7 to 8 upgrade

Description

The llvm packages have been updated to prevent errors:

'file /usr/lib64/LLVMgold.so from install of lib64llvm11.0-11.0.1-4.2.mga8.x86_64
conflicts with file from package lib64llvm-devel-8.0.0-1.1.mga7.x86_64' and

'file /usr/lib64/libLTO.so from install of lib64llvm11.0-11.0.1-4.2.mga8.x86_64
conflicts with file from package lib64llvm-devel-8.0.0-1.1.mga7.x86_64'.
