Updated rapid-photo-downloader package fixes dependency issue

Description

Our current rapid-photo-downloader can't be installed due to a packaging issue
with a wrong python dependency.
rapid-photo-downloader requires python3-pyxdg and not python3-xdg.
This update fixes this issue.
