Updated drakconf packages fix a crash on exit

Description

When a user Quit drakconf (Mageia Control Centre), the application crashes
on exit and the user is offered to report a bug.

The crash is not new but was not visible to the user until a recent webkitgtk
update stopped masking it.

The drakconf package has been patched to fix this issue.
