Description

Updated mesa libdrm and meson packages fix r300_dri.so flaws and other fixes.

Current mesa-20.0.1 has some flaws in r300_dri.so driver (see bug #27267)
causing crashes on firefox or Xfwm4. Mesa 20.1.x fixes it, among other bugs.
However, Mesa 20.1.x series arrived at end of life and upstream advised to
update to 20.2.x series.
