Updated isodumper packages

Description

This update provides the following changes:
- add format exFAT for formatting the device
- add eject instruction after writing operations (mga#25347)
- add option for creation of encrypted persistent partition, could be used
  for Mageia 8 and later (mga#24777)
- fix detection of SD cards.
