Description

firefox fixes in this update:
- Fixed various issues opening files with spaces in their path 

nss fixes in this update:
- Cache the most recent PBKDF1 and PBKDF2 password hash, to speed up
  repeatedSDR operations, important with the increased KDF iteration
  counts.
- Fix a taskcluster issue with Python 2 / Python 3.
- Fix compilation problems with NEON-specific code in freebl.
