Updated nvidia-current packages fix kernel 5.4 build issues

Description

In some conditions, the dkms-nvidia-current conftest mis-detects 
NV_SET_MEMORY_ARRAY_UC_PRESENT in 5.4 series kernels, and tries to enable
the code using it, causing the dkms module build to fail.

This update adds a more resilient kernel version check that ensures the
driver is correctly built.
