Updated squid packages fix wrong location of config files

Description

Some sysconfig files are not installed where they should be (e.g. the
logrotate file are installed in "/etc/squid/logrotate.d/squid" instead
of "/etc/logrotate.d/squid"). This update fixes this issue.
