kicad maintenance release

Description

This updates kicad package to a pure bugfixes release which contains
critical bug fixes and other minor improvements. It also includes improved
footprint, symbol, and 3D model libraries, translations, and documentation.
This is also the latest series 5 stable release of KiCad.
