Description
python3-pivy in Mageia 7 release is a quite old and also not compatible
with current freecad package and with Python3.
This updates python3-pivy to a more recent and supported upstream release.
Note that the python2-pivy package is no more provided as it is not
required by anything and also due to a conflict between py2 and py3.
