Updated firefox packages fix upgrade issues

Description

The updated packages fix a packaging bug:

In the update to Firefox 68, some translations of firefox where removed
upstream but the packages did not obsolete them. That issue prevents a
clean upgrade from Firefox 67 or from Mageia 6 to 7 if some of the
affected languages are installed, for example the firefox-en_ZA package.
