Updated kmplot packages fix missing dependency

Description

There's a missing required dependency on the kmplot package from Mageia 7.
If no other packages pulling 'kdeedu-data' are installed on the computer,
kmplot does not shown icons in the drop-down menus. This update adds this
missing dependency.
