Updated mixxx packages fixes ogg files corruption

Description

Mixxx 2.2.1 can corrupt ogg files when wrinting tags with latest taglib
version 1.11.1, upstream has released version 2.2.2 to disable writing
tags to ogg files for now. There are several other bug fixes, see the
reference for details.
