Updated nvidia-current packages adds support for newer RTX cards

Description

This update provides the latest R430 series driver, currently 430.40 that
adds support for the following GPUs:

* GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
* GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
* GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
* Quadro RTX 3000 with Max-Q Design
* Quadro RTX 4000 with Max-Q Design
* Quadro RTX 5000 with Max-Q Design

It also fixes a driver installation failure in Linux kernel configurations
with CONFIG_HOTPLUG_CPU.
