Updated mageia-plasma5-config package fixes Mageia screensavers path

Description

When selecting Slideshow mode for kscreenlocker's Wallpaper Type setting
(System Settings > Workspace > Desktop Behavior > Screen Locker > Appearance),
no images were available because of an invalid default folder path.

This update fixes this issue by adding "/usr/share/mga/screensaver/" as a
default backgrounds folder path.
