Updated openshot-qt package adds missing dependency

Description

There was a missing required dependency on the openshot-qt package from
Mageia 7.
If no other packages pulling 'python3-pkg-resources' are installed on the
computer, openshot-qt can't start. This update adds this missing dependency.
