Updated kmail packages fix missing dependancies

Description

The roundcube security update done in MGASA-2018-0288 missed some
Some users reported that kmail doesn't work properly. This come from some packaging issues and from some missing required dependencies.
So this update fixes those issues.

- akonadi: fix unavailable MySQL server default configuration
- kmail require akonadi-mime (mga#24296)
- kmail require kmailtransport
- kmail recommend sasl2-plugin-kdexoauth2 (mga#23035)
- kmail require ktnef, pim-sieve-editor and grantlee-editor
