Updated gdk-pixbuf2.0 packages fix hidden GIF files in some Gnome applications

Description

The previous update for gdk-pixbuf2.0 introduced an undefined symbol
error in the GIF loader. This meant that GIF files were not listed in
file open dialogues for some Gnome image viewing applications, e.g. EOG,
Ristretto. This error has been corrected.
