Description

This is an update to the free graphical driver stack
(mesa/libdrm/x11-driver-video-amdgpu/ati/intel) to add/improve support
for hardware supported by the 4.14 series kernels.

Mesa is updated to the 17.3 branch. Note that there is no more any mesa
packages built for tainted repos as the patents has expired, meaning we
can enable all features in the core packages.

radeon-firmware updates vce firmware for Fiji, vcn firmware for Raven,
uvd firmware for Polaris, vce and uvd firmware for Vega10
