Updated unimrcp-deps/meta-task packages fix dependency

Description

The unimrcp-deps package is being updated to remove invalid provides tags
in the RPM package that causes it to be installed in some cases instead of
libapr, libapr-util, or libsofia-sip.

The meta-task package has also been updated to ensure that the correct
libraries will be installed in favor of the broken unimrcp-deps in
core/release.
