Updated rpm-mageia-setup package removes redundant macro, unshadowing upstream RPM one

Description

The rpm-mageia-setup package used to redefine the __debug_install_post macro,
shadowing the upstream RPM one which supports more options and has the same
effect by default.

This update removes the redundant macro redefinition, effectively unshadowing
the original macro.
