Updated skrooge packages fix problem with shares via Yahoo

Description

When you open skrooge, you get a notification that there is a problem
with Yahoo to update history of shares:
"Unable to find history for ^ FCHI on Yahoo"

The release 2.9.0 fixes this issue (Correction bug kde#380232: Yahoo api
discontinued).
