Updated pulseaudio and task-plasma5 packages fix sound issues

Description

This update disables Pulseaudio's flat_volume option by default, fixing
sound being forced to 100% at login.

This update installs by default the phonon gstreamer engine to allow
smooth update from Mageia 5 to Plasma 5.
