Updated mageiawelcome package fixes and enhances functionalities

Description

This release updates the identification logic for desktop environments,
fixing a misdetection of GNOME (mga#21229).
It also adds internationalization of some URLs with a first set of
translations, as well as replaces all http:// links with https://.
