Updated cantata packages remove unneeded requires on mpd

Description

cantata is listed with mpd as a Requires, which is incorrect. It is
currently not possible to install cantata in order to controll a Remote
mpd instance without also installing mpd on the local system. This update
removes mpd from the required list and replaces it as a Recommends
instead.
