Updated kaffeine packages adds E-AC3/AC3+ support

Description

Since 2016 April 6th, all TNT channels were switched to HD in France so all 
french users of kaffeine can no more play TV.

Our current 1.2.2 version is a bit old now and does not support the new audio 
codec E-AC3/AC3+ for dolby surround 5.1.

So this new upstream release fixes this issue adding the support for HD 
channels.
